Meeting Room 2, Box Hill

Meeting Room 2 is located on the first floor of Box Hill Library and has a separate entrance for after-hours access. As our smallest meeting room, it comfortably seats 20 people, making it an ideal space for meetings, interviews or workshops. The room includes access to the kitchen and toilets. Users of the meeting room must hold current Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency upon application.

SCHEDULE OF FEES (effective 1st July 2024)

Commercial Organisations

• Standard Booking: $76 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $38 per hour

Not-for-profit

• Standard Booking: $44 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $22 per hour

The above prices include GST.
