Meeting Room 3, Box Hill

Meeting Room 3 is situated on the ground floor of Box Hill Library and features a separate entrance for after-hours access. It is large meeting room comfortably seating 24 people. Meeting Room 3 comes with access to the first-floor kitchen and toilet. Users of the meeting room must hold current Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency upon application.

SCHEDULE OF FEES (effective 1st July 2024) 

Commercial Organisations

• Standard Booking: $76 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $38 per hour

Not-for-profit 

• Standard Booking: $44 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $22 per hour

The above prices include GST.
