Bert Lewis meeting room, located on level one of Box Hill Library, features a separate entrance for after-hours access. It is our largest meeting room available for hire, equipped with a kitchen, and is the perfect space to hold large presentations or small workshops. Meeting room users must hold current Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency upon application.

SCHEDULE OF FEES (effective 1st July 2024) 

Commercial Organisations

• Standard Booking: $116 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $58 per hour

Not-for-profit 

• Standard Booking: $58 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $29 per hour

The above prices include GST.
